Treating anxiety often involves changing perceptions of fear and learning to take control in one's life. I use a variety of techniques from educational, insight and supportive therapy; relaxation therapy and hypnotherapy.

Anxiety and stress present challenges for many children and adults. Although all individuals experience some stress and anxiety, for many individuals it creates obstacles for them to lead the lives that they wish. I work with clients to explore the nature of their stress and anxiety and help them develop strategies to effectively deal with stress and anxiety and to move forward towards better personal wellness.
