Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal-informed approaches, along with CBT- and DBT-informed strategies, we focus on building coping skills, calming the nervous system, and fostering self-compassion. Together, we work toward understanding the roots of addictive patterns and creating lasting change.

Without judgement we will work together to set realistic goals that seek to reduce the negative impacts of your addiction.
