For so many years I couldn't find my passion which created a lot of drawbacks in my life. Today I don't see these as drawbacks but stepping stones to be where I am today. A career is more than just a way to pay the bills. Every person spends most of their life in their careers and the career satisfaction/non-satisfaction spills over to the person’s personal life, too. However, there are many variables that can lead to career dissatisfaction. I have a PhD in leadership and policy and a background in business. I've had many jobs and careers from modelling, personal training, to a Bell operator and a Purolator driver. I've been in retail sales, and sold photocopies, PR, and software. I've been a teacher of primary/junior students, and professor in sales, and a professor in graduate education.
