If requested, I offer Christian counseling to assist indivduals to cope with emotional, relational, and spiritual difficulties. Often incorporating faith into therapy can provide a sense of comfort, meaning, and hope, as well as a framework for understanding and addressing our challenges. I will use various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches, while integrating faith-based principles and practices.

Having had experience with church abuse, I welcome those who have had negative spiritual experiences. If you have another spiritual worldview or no spiritual view, therapy will not include Christian counselling discussion. For those committed to Christ and to Christian living, it's sometimes important to do counselling with someone who shares your values. I have spent my life in the study and teaching of Scriptures, and am aware of the vast variety and riches available to us in our different Christian traditions. I welcome those from any of these traditions. Together we can use counselling insights and approaches, working within the framework of traditional and emerging Christian thought and practice, as we work on understanding and resolving the various issues and concerns you bring into counselling.

I am a Spiritual Director. Through my upbringing as a third generation Holocaust survivor I have learned through my family the strength of will and survival of Judaism. When people come to me they are looking for a larger presence in their lives. I am able to help others find faith and hope and reconnect to G-D. Something needs to shift in order to be able to reconnect. If it is darkness you see then I will guide you to the light. I will help guide you towards the wisdom you already have within you. I will help you find your passion again. When you know what you don't want, you will know what you want. I will sit with you for as long as it takes for you to create new hope and faith.
