In Christian counselling, I provide a space where clients can integrate their faith with psychological healing in a way that feels respectful and authentic to their beliefs. Spirituality may be explored as a source of meaning, strength, and guidance, while also addressing emotional and relational concerns. Clients are supported in making sense of challenges through both a therapeutic and faith-informed lens.
