Warm welcome to my practice serving couples, adults and teens in Eastern Ontario. If you are struggling with uncertainty, depression, relationships, or distress, we can dig out together and create a plan for peace & success.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
