*Accepting New Clients* My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive environment for clients to help gain fresh insights and to achieve growth and change in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and youth aged 16+ and offer a free consultation

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
