Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and mindful space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll gently explore your concerns and work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and lasting positive change. It would be an honour to support you on this journey.
