As someone who has experienced loss and studied loss, I understand how unique and different everyone's experience with it is. Grief can be one of the most complex and complicated of human experiences and can occur with or without a tangible loss. Using a person centered and strengths based foundation, I will hold space with you and aid you in navigating these complex feelings at your own pace.

In work with grief and loss, I offer a compassionate and steady space where clients can process emotions at their own pace without pressure to “move on” quickly. Grief can feel complex, layered, and sometimes isolating, and therapy provides room to explore both the pain of loss and the meaning held within it. Clients often benefit from increased emotional expression, reduced isolation, and a gradual integration of loss into their ongoing life story. Together, we focus on honouring what has been lost while supporting continued connection to life and identity.
