As a counselor, my approach to anger management is to help clients understand the root cause of their anger and develop healthy coping strategies to manage it. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their triggers, recognize patterns of behavior, and learn new ways to express and regulate their emotions. Through counseling for anger management, clients can learn to communicate more effectively, manage stress, and develop problem-solving skills to prevent anger from escalating. My goal is to help clients achieve a greater sense of self-awareness, improve their relationships, and lead a more fulfilling life

Anger management can take on many forms. We help provide some anger management skills and techniques to address the anger in the immediate moments. We also collaboratively work towards getting to the root of what is contributing to the anger. Using EFT, CBT, psychodynamic approach and any other therapies we can help to shed light and deal long term, with ones anger. Anger can be expressed in people of all ages, we work with people of all ages.. In most situations where there are minors we may include the parents where applicable to be able to best support all people involved.
