When that happens, I am there to support clients in the process of exploring new ways of coping and developing strategies that work to promote healthy balance and healthy growth - both in oneself and in relationships.

I'm registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Clinical and Counselling Psychological Associate. I work with adults and couples and am able to accept all insurance benefits, as well as diagnose. I use an integrated approach bringing together techniques from many effective and validated therapies including cognitive behavioural, object relations and self psychology, emotion-focused, solution-focused. I have many satisfied clients who have turned their situation around for the better!
