Eating disorder treatment with me focuses on building a compassionate and supportive relationship with both yourself and your body. Together we explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may contribute to struggles with food, control, or body image. I integrate mindful awareness and somatic (mind-body) approaches to help clients better understand the signals of their body and nervous system. As awareness grows, clients often begin to loosen rigid patterns around food and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and emotions. Over time, many experience greater balance, self-trust, and a more peaceful relationship with eating and their body.
