Rev. Jodi Bryant uses an integrated clinical and psycho-educational approach to assist people going through the life issues, including career choices and vocational direction. She's coached hundreds of people to acknowledge their spiritual, emotional, and mental roots that may hinder them from fulfilling their Divine purpose. She will help you assess and explore your intelligences, talents, and skills and coach you through your career journey issues with Jesus Christ at the helm.

Bev uses a simplistic personality profile called "It Takes All Kinds" to help clients to have understanding of their own natural strengths and difficulties. Clients can then see the aspects that are necessary in order for them to have fulfillment in their work. This can be used to guide the client in choosing training that will be meaningful and sustainable for them. This can also be used in re-directing a client who has taken training but has taken on a role at the workplace that does not cause them to thrive. Clients very quickly understand themselves and are able to see what gives them passion. They can also be more understanding of those around them and why others function as they do.

I help clients with addictive behaviours or substance use that is interfering with their ability to achieve a fulfilling career. Through collaborative conversations, clients gain a sense of purpose and direction, overcoming barriers to making meaningful progress in their professional life. Gaining a sense of control over one's life allows for increased confidence and self-esteem. I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

Career Counselling is strictly and online service. Your career counsellor will contact your and set up a phone session and or email correspondence. In order to complete your career profile you will need to participate in three sessions and complete a Strong Inventory and True Colors. At the end of this process you will have a good idea of a few different career options based on your personality style and strengths.

I have been in the education and social wellness field for almost 20 years, specializing in counselling individuals, couples, and families to live purposeful, joy filled lives by focusing on Mental and Emotional work first. I help individuals navigate through issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach relies on extensive experience in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, TEAM-CBT, and MI. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with each client to help them build on solutions to their unique struggles and issues. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling academic and work life. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at making decisions based on your values and goals. Motivational interviewing and strength-based and solution-focused interventions will be used to help you realize your full potential.

In this capacity, I work to identify with clients what is meaningful and important to them. We also explore self-esteem in relation to what seems feasible to clients, as we don't want this to be what holds clients back from pursuing a career trajectory. Once we have established some goals we work on normalizing some of those goals so they feel attainable and likewise so that the client can take some steps towards reaching them.
