I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

My main goal in meeting clients is to create a safe place and trusting relationship. I want clients to know that they are the experts on their own lives, and I am there to help solve the 'problem' alongside them, at a pace that feels OK to them.

Life is complex and you don't have to "do" life alone. As a clinician, I provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space, where I work with individuals, couples, and families on their mental health, personal struggles, and interpersonal relationships.
