She helps you to develop a picture of the kind of relationship you want, and helps you establish effective strategies and goals that will help you work towards achieving a relationship that is satisfying and fulfilling.

Trust, relational safety, emotional commitment and non-defensive conflict are some of the most important elements to establishing a happy and stable connection with others. The Gottman Method is a specialization that I use because of it's success in enhancing these elements within countless relationships. My goal in doing couples therapy is to bring healing to each individual while also increasing the potential success of the relationships that matter to them the most.
