Therapist and client will create a new and healthy daily routine that promotes balance and emphasizes joy. This new routine will consist of self care practices, engagement with hobbies, social interaction, and incorporating a rage of coping mechanisms.

I use dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, and person-centered techniques to assist individuals, couples, and families in reaching their goals.
