One of my areas of focus is work life stress and trauma. I work with many clients who are experiencing everything from low level stress to PTSD as a result. I partner with my clients to help them understand their current work dynamic. They are often able to then decide if they would like to change the way in which they are currently working and relating in the workplace or if it's necessary to make a career move or change. I also help clients who are looking for personal and professional growth and can help them identify both areas of strength to build upon as well as self limiting beliefs we can work to eradicate. I have found my analysis client’s Myers-Briggs type to be very helpful.
