Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, I help clients identify unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to distress and replace them with healthier patterns. As deeper wounds begin to heal, people often feel more calm, clarity, confidence, connection, joy, and freedom to be themselves.
