I specialize in helping couples of all types to create healthy relationships that meet the deeper needs of both partners. I have found Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to be the best tool to do the work of repairing and fostering close and loving relationships.

I am a strong proponent and advocate of Gottman's Marital research and therapy. Much of my marital work is in helping couples draw healthier boundaries and in establishing a new pattern of relating to eliminate criticism, stonewalling, defensiveness, and contempt.
