Life can place heavy demands on us, whether in school, athletics, or everyday responsibilities, and at times the pressure to succeed can feel overwhelming. Aubri Sherman understands how stress, anxiety, and high expectations can build up and make it difficult to rest, focus, or feel understood. She is passionate about creating a collaborative, supportive, and safe space where clients can begin to sort through what feels overwhelming. Aubri believes that counseling can be a powerful tool for building confidence, strengthening connections, and discovering effective ways to cope while moving forward toward a more hopeful and balanced future.

Aubri Sherman holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States, a Master of Arts Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Western States. Aubri is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. She utilizes an integrative approach drawn techniques primarily from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies.
Aubri Sherman is passionate about working with people and supporting them as they navigate growth, challenges, and change. With experience in tutoring, coaching, and teaching, she has spent much of her life helping others build skills, confidence, and resilience. As both an athlete and someone who has worked closely with athletes throughout her life, Aubri values perseverance, teamwork, and personal development. This background has shaped her enjoyment of trying new things and pushing herself outside of her comfort zone, a mindset she brings into her counseling work to encourage clients to explore growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
