I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have extensive experience counseling individuals, couples and families in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Windsor. I provide both short- and long-term counseling services in the Northern Colorado area. My specialties include helping my clients overcome anxiety & depression, increase communication & intimacy in their relationships, and recover from trauma, divorce, and infidelity. In addition to my professional experience and training, I also draw from my personal history of loss and recovery.
