Delaney Adams B.S.
Delaney believes that counseling is not about fixing what is broken, but about learning how to cope with the struggles that daily life brings while also growing through them. She is passionate about helping others navigate difficult seasons with compassion and understanding. Delaney believes life is hard enough, and no one should have to walk through it alone. Through counseling, she sees the opportunity to support others in building resilience, finding meaning, and learning skills that allow them to live life to their fullest potential.

When she is not counseling, Delaney enjoys spending quality time with the people who matter most to her. She is very family-oriented and intentionally invests in her friendships, valuing connection and shared experiences. Music has always been a central part of her life – she has been singing for as long as she can remember and has spent years learning to play the guitar. Delaney is also a devoted dog mom to her Australian Labradoodle, Georgia. Through her own experiences with anxiety over the years, she has gained deep personal insight and practical knowledge in understanding and navigating its many layers, which continues to shape both her life and her work.
