An innate desire to help and understand others, as well as several pivotal points throughout my personal life have led me to pursue a profession in psychotherapy and counselling. I am passionate about supporting individuals wherever they are in their respective journeys. I am dedicated to helping facilitate healthier lives for individuals and families within our community. To begin this journey, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, followed by a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Much of my professional experience comprises work with adults, teens, children and couples.
In addition, I have experience working with addiction issues, substance use issues and neurodivergent individuals. I am fluent in both English and Punjabi.
