As a counsellor, I am dedicated to supporting children, youth, young adults, and adults recognize their inner strengths and develop effective coping skills.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

Olivia has a passion for helping people sort through the complexities of life, no matter how insurmountable they might seem. She is committed to helping clients of all ages experience healing, growth and breakthrough in their lives.
