In couples counseling, I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help partners recognize and change negative thought patterns and communication habits that fuel conflict and disconnection. I work with couples using Gottman Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Therapy. I will help you identify your maladaptive patterns of behaviour and improve your communication skills.
