I offer my clients a compassionate, empathic, authentic counselling relationship where they can feel safe and supported in their growth and healing. After almost 30 years in practice I remain endlessly curious about people and in learning how best to help them heal.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I provide clients space to explore and process while also giving them with tools that they can use beyond our session. I believe knowledge is power, and when empowered, humans have the ability to grow in meaningful ways.

We believe counselling can provide you with necessary tools to make meaningful changes in pursuit of a more balanced and fulfilling life. Our eclectic therapeutic approach strives to connect with each client in uniquely adapted ways to best match your strengths & goals.

We are all on a unique journey, our lives are often filled with tough challenges. Sometimes in circumstances we are equipped with the necessary tools to overcome these personal and relational trials, while other times we are not. We can work together towards change.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.
