I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

As a therapist, I believe that every individual has unique experiences and challenges that require personalized support. I use an integrative approach to therapy, combining various modalities to meet the specific needs of each client.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I provide clients space to explore and process while also giving them with tools that they can use beyond our session. I believe knowledge is power, and when empowered, humans have the ability to grow in meaningful ways.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I offer my clients a compassionate, empathic, authentic counselling relationship where they can feel safe and supported in their growth and healing. After almost 30 years in practice I remain endlessly curious about people and in learning how best to help them heal.

Through cultivating a safe space, free of judgment I am dedicated to helping facilitate healthier lives for individuals and families within our community. I am passionate about supporting you in your personal growth by meeting you wherever you are in your journey.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.
