My mission is to ensure that my clients are taken care of in a professional setting, I practise the highest ethical standards and protects the dignity and privacy of each client. Clients counselling needs are met by utilising various therapeutic approaches.

Jennifer helps general functioning of the brain with neurofeedback, EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Neurofeedback helps regulate the central nervous system; EMDR helps reprocess memories and with CBT, dialogue is used to overcome challenges.

I count it a privilege to journey with clients toward emotional health. I will create an environment that is safe and sensitive which will allow you to be comfortable enough to heal from past hurts, reach important decisions, or create new patterns in your life.

Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the challenges & chaos that we find ourselves experiencing. I provide sessions by video and phone, and offer online booking as well as free initial 15-minute consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.
