A Couples Therapist and Narrative Counselor with two decades of experience, I am passionate about helping clients rewrite their stories. As an artist, I help to find creative solutions.

I hold an MA in Child/Marriage Counseling from Pacific Oaks College and an MFA from Otis College of Art. As co-founder of the Narrative Counseling Center, I have a love for narrative therapy and the new perspectives and possibilities it provides.

An Adjunct faculty member at Antioch University and Phillips Graduate Institute, I teach courses that include Brief Therapy, The Psychology of Couples in Fiction and Film, Postmodern Psychotherapies, Critical Psychology, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Psychology: Roots, Theory and Practice.

As a family therapist, I frequently facilitate transformative parent-teen and family dialogues.

I often work extensively with artists, actors, and writers. My 25 years of art-making experience informs the creativity I bring to psychotherapy.
