For families who chose to attend therapy together Khara has a place for you. Khara is able to gain an understanding of each person's position in the room and use that to meet the needs of the family. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within the family context. I believe our thoughts leads to our feelings, thus influencing our behavior patterns/communication towards other family members. I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy given it's large emphasis on validating multiple feelings and experiences at a time, which is important to make space for given the variety of people making up the family unit.

We will come up with new ideas for communication, schedules and roles within the family.
