Sally has her Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling, as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Music Therapist, she is a very experienced therapist having worked with adults, families, teens and children for over 14 years.

I have extensive professional counseling experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have specific expertise in couples counseling, child therapy, adolescent issues, premarital and marital issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathetic, and person-centered. Clients I typically work with have presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to be truly happy. My aim as a therapist is to help you get rid of the parts of you that are standing in the way of this.
