Dr. Young provides psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families. She is dedicated to helping people gain greater psychological health and well-being promoting healthy relationships and increasing inner awareness.

I’m offering the first 60 minute session free. You’ll be able to decide if you want to work together. During the session, we’ll get comfortable and identify the root causes of what’s going on.
