I practice of form of therapy that is consistent with Judeo-Christian values. I was raised as a Catholic and understand the philosophy and tenets of Catholicism. I teach patients to fully accept themselves and others but to address misbehavior in themselves and others. This is consistent with the biblical phrase "Condemn the sin but love the sinner."

I am an Ordained Minister in the Christian tradition and a Licensed Psychoanalyst. I will not dismiss your spiritual life, and at the same time will provide sound psychotherapeutic support. I believe in the integration of spirit, body, and mind. We can explore your questions about life and its connections to the spiritual life. We can explore your doubts about God. We can explore your fears or hopes about what happens after death.

At a time when Christianity is often attacked, it is difficult to find a place where individual and family conflicts can be worked through in counseling that is supportive of Christian beliefs. I was raised as a Christian and can understand and empathize with those who practice a Christian way of life, as well as a conservative view of life. I also understand how at times religious beliefs can come into conflict with personal strivings and need to be resolved.
