I have been a Christian for over 25 years. I attended seminary and have a worldview that is shaped by the Bible and my experiences personally. I validate each client’s worth, regardless of differing views, beliefs, or lifestyle. I recognize the grace that has been provided to me and extend compassion to others as a result. I know firsthand the importance of faith in the midst of struggles. Having worked in hospital systems for many years, I find that one of the greatest joys of private practice is to be able to incorporate my Christian faith and background into my work with individuals who are recovering from difficult experiences. Together we can pray, seek out God's word in relation to present day struggles, and even ask big "why" questions. It is an honor when I am allowed to share in the faith journey and healing of others by welcoming Jesus into our work together.
