Audrey believes in helping Christians that would rather not work directly with a pastor/priest, but wishes to infuse their core belief systems into processes and exploring their long term goals and mental health concerns. Religious principles can sometimes lead to heightened feelings of shame and guilt. With Audrey, you can process your clinical concerns as a believer without concerns of being perceives as a "sinner".

Counseling is a way to look at who we are. Spirituality is a big part of the human experience. It is my belief that within each of us is a beautiful soul. Some of us allow god to be a big part of our lives, while others question the concept of souls, god and spirituality. Wherever you may stand, you may still identify with a deeper part of yourself. You may call it whatever feels right for you. I would like to help bring that energy into the room (if it feels right for you) to help you heal, from accessing a wholesome, powerful, deep source within you.
