Anger Management counseling is a specialty service in this practice. It is an area where I have had ample experience working with clients. The process typically involves examining the issues surrounding your aggressive behaviors, and previous criminal cases that stemmed from uncontrolled behavior, and then learning how to reframe the events around you that cause you to be angry. Emotional control strategies are taught, as well as the providing or resources to support your counseling work.
