Over the years as a Counsellor in the school system, I have done a lot of career counselling. Also, as an adult educator, I see career counselling through the eyes of a mature adult. Research indicates that the average person will have about 5 different careers in their lifetime. The ideal is to build each successive career upon the last career.

I have some experience helping people in providing life skills as a social worker. Thinking of a persons desire or goals helps to determine a potential career path along with fit with personality. Gaining insight and skills helps a person to move closer to a career.
