You can still drink alcohol, but your learn to stay within your save limitations. You and I use the Harms Reduction workbook along with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Hypnosis. The substance that you are addicted to is not so much the issue as is the feelings, thoughts, experiences and behaviours.
