Since the focus of career counseling is career exploration, career change and personal career development, I help you select ways and make plans to get into a career that best suits your aptitudes, personality and interests. Like for other specialties, I use a holistic approach to career counseling. I, together with you assess your strengths and weaknesses, then I walk you through your individual journey, individual plans, and look at your challenges and hopes. I also look at the non-career related factors such as financial challenges, housing, and health that might impact your job search. I see you as a whole person and help to walk the full journey towards the kind of life you want to live

I blend thoughtful, strengths-based exploration with gentle guidance that helps people clarify what energizes them, what environments help them thrive, and what patterns may be holding them back. Together, we build a path forward that aligns with your values, personality, and evolving sense of identity—so work feels not only sustainable, but meaningful.
