Angela supports individuals and families through the use of expressive & supportive psychotherapy. She is a Registered BC & Canadian Art Therapist and provides art, play & sandtray therapy, phototherapy, journalling, walking the labyrinth & SoulCollage that support children, youth & adults to gain insight/awareness of thoughts, feelings & choices available to address challenges and transitions. Traditional psychotherapy is also available. Angela supports her clients cope with grief & loss, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties & life transitions such as birth, death, empty-nest, menopause/fertility issues, job retirement/loss & end of life stage & personal transformation

The experiential work in AEDP has deeply moved me. This therapeutic framework beautifully blends attachment theory and the attunement of the therapist and client to process together towards transformative experiences that are healing. This is dyadic work where the client and therapist create a connection that allows clients to go to deep places of emotional brokenness and begin to make repairs and make new meanings allowing clients to become unstuck and begin to feel relief.
