Grief & Loss is hard work that takes time because time itself doesn't heal. You will work with James as a trusted counselor who brings healing and hope to an injury that may seem dark and dry. Therefore, with your therapist we will take gradual steps of gentle acceptance, real experience and slow adaptation to live in ways that honor your past and embark on a new future.

Grief has a way of pulling the ground out from underneath you, and my work is to help you find steady footing again.
