Welcome. I have over 20 years of training and experience. I have an eclectic approach to therapy that draws from a variety of treatment modalities, ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to a mindfulness based approach, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman based couples therapy, behavioral, somatic, and creative therapies. I tailor my methods to the unique needs of each client. My treatment methods work to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your behavioral patterns, and relationships, so you can make better and more informed decisions about your life. I have a special interest in working with clients who experience PTSD (including complex PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, Marital struggles, and addiction.

I am registered psychologist who has over 15 years of clinical experience helping individuals with a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for anxiety, depression, stress, and anger. CBT is considered a gold-standard treatment for many mental health issues, including anxiety/stress and depression, and is a collaborative skills-based approach to therapy that is designed to provide individuals with the tools they need to manage their mental health concerns. My goal is to create a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with every client I work with.

I come to my practise with many years of experience, over 30 years actually. These years have taught me that a slow, gentle and considered problem solving focus is the best path towards a healthy and happy life. My purpose is to take that path along with you so that you may thrive and, in time look back over time, with the satisfaction of a life happily and fully lived. it is a path well worth walking!
