Activating the fight-flight system is the single most challenging factor in managing anger, stress, & interpersonal conflict. When anger stems from childhood trauma, EMDR may be useful. When it originates from an over-active limbic system (e.g, in ADD), neurofeedback and/or medication may be indicated.
