Coaching sessions are specific to each individual and specific goals. It is standard for therapists to discuss the primary issues and concerns in your life during coaching sessions. It is common to schedule a series of weekly sessions, where each session lasts about fifty minutes. Coaching can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or can be longer-term, addressing more complex issues.

I work with functional people – professionals, successful business people as well as mothers at home. I provide coaching to high achievers and anyone else who wishes to better their lives and achieve their desired goals. I specialize in helping people resolve issues related to money – be it overspending, not having it (desire for it) or having so much that it creates a unique set of problems.

We spend the majority of our time at the workplace and so when we love our job, we have a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. When we either don't have one or don’t love the one we have, we struggle greatly. My approach to career counseling is simple. Let's figure out what factors are important to you in life. Once we figure out who you are and what you need to feel fulfilled, we can then find a career that caters to those desires.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.
