We can work on interpersonal relationships and ways you may be sabotaging your own success by being too stressed, demanding or invisible. We will focus on what you can do now to improve your attitude and your relationships to make work more enjoyable for you and the people around you. This works with customers, bosses and peers. We can also look at new skills you may want to get to expand into new roles and careers.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

Most of us spend at least 1/3 of their lives at work. Given this amount of time, finding a career that we enjoy can be very important.
