What usually happens is that feelings come up that are getting in your way. We will shine a light on those feelings, putting them in their proper perspective. I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

Work is an enormously important part of our lives. As is often said, we spend more hours of our lives at work than anywhere else. This lack of career fulflillment can cause depression, anxiety, feeling out of touch with the self, etc. Sometimes these career blocks occur because the wrong career was chosen or a person feels at a loss as to what a meaningful occupation might be. I work to help people through these blocks using a special focusing technique to help you get in touch with your true feelings. My aim is to get you back in touch with yourself, your passion, your true self so that you can make well informed career and life decisions.
