My couples work is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based methods: we identify the emotional cycle driving your conflict and change it at its source. This is what produces durable improvement in trust, communication, and intimacy. Online sessions available.

In my work with couples, I take non high conflict couples who want to better communicate and heal attachment wounds. In my work with kids I like to involve their system (parent/parents/family) to promote support and bonding.

I strive to provide a safe place a person can go and be themselves, with no judgments. I continue in my belief that resiliency resides in everyone. I truly believe that change is possible and that everyone has room for improvement in their lives (including me).
