The Pico Youth and Family Center is a Santa Monica-based non-profit organization that works to promote peace, unity and social justice, particularly for the city's youth. The center provides a number of programs designed to reduce youth violence and increase social responsibility. Additionally, educational and career services are offered, including tutoring, leadership development classes and job training seminars. Courses in computer technology, art and music are also available. By equipping Santa Monica's youth with knowledge and skills, the Pico Youth and Family Center strengthens families as well as the community.
