I am passionate about marriage! The majority of my practice is dedicated to working with couples. My approach is based in attachment theory. We will work to build a healthy connection with your spouse and you will learn about yourselves as individuals as well.

I approach marital therapy without assumption or value judgement. Each person brings to a relationship unique attributes which may unknowingly contribute to conflict or painful relational patterns. I work with couples to explore, understand and change these patterns.

Couples, Families and Relationships; I have 30+ years conducting family and couples counseling, 7 of those utilizing Psychotherapy evidenced-based methods, including the Gottman Research Based Approach and Hold me Tight, Emotionally Focused Therapy.
