As a psychologist, I am trained to help individuals, couples and families in a wide range of areas and issues that they experience. I am particularly focused on the issues of trauma recovery, couples counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, Grief, Unwanted Same Sex Attraction, Sexual Acting Out, OCD, Childhood Abuse, Self Esteem Issues. I find that most of the individuals that I help respond favorably to the EMDR technique. I also use a psychoanalytical technique called "Bodywork" as well as the standard talk therapy approach (cognitive/ behavioral).

My goal is to empower clients by teaching them skills and strategies that will allow them to have victory over their concerns and to have a meaningful existence. I teach clients to be proactive about their lives, self-sufficient and establish a healthy interdependence. It is my intention that clients leave therapy feeling confident to address their concerns because they have established a healthy mental and emotional frame of mind equipped with effective life tools to cope with challenges that one will face.
