I work with my clients to organize the challenges that need to be conquered as well as find ways to manage overwhelming emotions in order to not only survive, but to succeed. Many times anxiety comes out of nowhere and can make you feel paralyzed. No matter how much you try to stop it or apply logic it just doesn't help. That's because it's an emotional reaction and emotion always trumps logic. My approach of examining the root of your anxiety along with techniques to help sooth and calm you physiologically have helped many of my clients.

Art focuses on clients to re-encounter the positive skills they have already known and used, but that life problems made them temporarily forget. This way, clients rely on their own strengths and initiatives for their lives. I use many effective approaches to preventing and aborting stress, most of which can be learned in a single session. In the most stubborn cases, hypnotherapy is almost 100 percent reliable. In the latter case, I meet once to learn everything I can about the environments and triggers of anxiety. Then we meet a second time for a 2-hour hypnotherapy session.
